Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and supportive as possible. Please see our cancellation terms below -

Please note this policy is for IN PERSON trainings only

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the training start date will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  
  

• Cancellations made 14–29 days before the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  
  

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training start date are non-refundable.
  
  

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant subject to approval. Please email hello@andreabruce.com.au for any cancellation requests.
