You might be feeling…

You might be feeling drawn to teach in a more inclusive and accessible way, but unsure where to begin.

Perhaps you feel confident guiding movement, yet less certain when it comes to language, accessibility, and supporting a wide range of bodies and experiences.

You may be curious about trauma-informed principles and want to understand how and why they matter — not just in theory, but in the way you communicate, cue, and hold space.

Or maybe you’re simply ready to create classes that feel safe, welcoming, and deeply supportive — for both your students and yourself.

If this sounds like you, this training will give you the tools, language, and confidence to create classes that honour individuality, meet students where they are, and support every person to feel safe and included.

You step into your class feeling grounded and clear.

You know how to adapt, offer choice, and speak in ways that make every student feel seen and supported.

You’re confident guiding diverse bodies and experiences — not because you have all the answers, but because you understand the why and the how behind what you offer.

Your classes feel safer, more accessible, and more authentic — for your students and for you.

Now imagine this…
