A Space to Rest – Day Retreat is an intentionally curated day designed around rest, generous care & support, and meaningful connection.
Spend your day receiving intentional touch, nourishing food, gentle movement, and plenty of space to just simply be. Shared alongside a small group of like-minded women, your experience is thoughtfully facilitated by Neralee from Flow Facials and Andrea Bruce.
Whether you're local to the Sunshine Coast or simply unable to step away for an entire weekend, our Day Retreat offers a beautiful opportunity to experience A Space to Rest Retreat.

We intentionally keep numbers small to ensure every guest receives personalised care and attention. You will receive a detailed email closer to the date confirming times, the address and an opportunity to note any dietary requirements.

If you're ready to spend a day being nurtured, and giving yourself permission to rest, we'd love to welcome you.
To secure your Day Retreat spot, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Banks details will be sent & deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your spot.
The remaining balance can either be:
Paid in weekly or fortnightly instalments leading up to the retreat, or
Paid in full by 1 April 2027.
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll be in touch with deposit confirmation details and options to may payments.
As numbers are intentionally limited, we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Banks details will be sent & deposit must be paid within 24 hours.
The remaining balance can be paid in instalments or in full on or before the 1st April 2027.
If the remaining balance is not paid before this date, your space will be considered as a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are never the intention when booking time for yourself; however, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Your deposit allows us to secure the property, catering and retreat inclusions well in advance. This policy ensures we can fairly manage shared costs should unexpected changes arise. Hold deposits of $500 are non-refundable. Deposits and full payments are transferable to another attendee arranged by you. If there is a waitlist, we will assist in facilitating this process where possible. The remaining balance is due 1st April 2027.Cancellations are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another attendee. If a waitlist is in place, we will do our best to help fill your spot.In the very unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled a full refund will be issued. Thank you for understanding the importance of clear boundaries for small, intimate offerings such as this.
